…is someone with standing to make a constitutional challenge to this abortion of a health care bill that Granny Rictus is trying to shove down our throat, and the Senate doesn’t have the good political sense to let it die.
We need someone without health insurance, unable to pay, and without deep pockets to just have the money taken from their accounts, to go to an ER for treatment. Because then Botox Betty will have to not only (A) go after someone from the “poor” or “middle class,” but, (B) defend it in court against someone with standing to challenge it.
And ideally, we need someone from every federal district court to do so. To make sure there will be conflicting decisions, and force SCOTUS to take it on.
And then those of us who can afford to do so need to step up. Conservative organizations and individuals need to pony up some cash to cover costs, and cover these good people. And Conservative lawyers need to pony up some pro-bono work.
In short - legal carpet bombing.

While I have the floor, so I don’t have to write two posts, I’d like to give a shout out to Robert Jensen.

I am going to celebrate Thanksgiving. I am going to kill at least four animals to do so. In fact, I will do so dressed in traditional Lenni Lenape dress, since I am part Lenni Lenape (That’s Delaware Indian, to you). I’m going to try to find what “stereotypes” most offend liberals, and wallow in them.
This is going to extend into Christmas. A nativity scene, overly religious cards, religious carols playing from my house. No Jingle Bells, motherfucker. No Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
And I hope I give some hand-wringing, simpering, candy-assed liberal a heart attack. That, if God is kind, will be my Christmas Present to Satan. One more limp-dick liberal to roast in the pit next to him so he has to listen to his whining for all eternity.
