Student Arrested For Terroristic Threatening Says Incident A Misunderstanding
“Anytime zat you make any threat or zat you possess matter mit involving und school or function it iz der felony in der Peoples Republik uff Kentucky,” said Winchester Gestapo Oberfuhrer Stefen von Caudill.
GOD ALLMIGHTY!!!!!!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Round in the chamber!!!! BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And then the NAzi damn judge raises the bail on it!
Stupid, stupid, stupid, Stupid, STUPID!!!!!
This really strikes a nerve with me. I’m the kid, who, back in 5th grade, wrote the ghost story for my class in the accelerated program. It involved a house that was really an alien being, who enticed kids in, and ate them. In my story, he got 5 more. This was for our Hallowe’en creative writing assignment of “Write a ghost story.”
You’d have thought I shat in the classroom when I read it. And they never could answer my question of “If the monsters never win, why are people scared of them?”
This bunch needs to go.

FOXNews.com - Foxlife - Out There - Rubber Band Boy
“On top of Old Smokey, all covered with sand, I shot my poor teacher, with a red rubber band. …”
That children’s parody of the traditional folk song may not be so funny to 13-year-old Robert Gomez of Orlando, Fla.
He’s been suspended for two weeks, and could be expelled, for allegedly shooting a rubber band at his seventh-grade science teacher at Liberty Middle School, reports WKMG-TV of Orlando.
His mother, Jenette Rojas, said she was shocked to find her son had been deemed guilty of a “Level IV offense” — a category that includes selling drugs or alcohol, robbery and using or possessing weapons.
The school district reasons that a rubber band is a weapon, and that the boy threatened assault.
Robert says he just picked up the rubber band and slipped it around his wrist — and that when the teacher asked for it, he put it on her desk.
His mother’s statement seems to allow for some rubber-band flying time.
“They said if he would have aimed it a little more and he would have gotten it closer to her face, he would have hit her in the eye,” Rojas told the TV station.
Nevertheless, she says, suspension or expulsion is a stretch.
“It’s ridiculous,” the aggravated mother said. “It’s a rubber band.”
Holy Mother of God, tell me this is a joke.
Liberty Middle School. Orlando, Florida.
Inundate these asswipes with phone calls and all manner of “You’re an asshole!” types of communiques.

I get a colection of emails from people who prefer to click the “Contact the Gonzman” link as opposed to commenting. Some are inane, some are supportive, some are incoherent to the point of resembling the rantings of a rabid chimp high on crystal meth.
And then there are the ones that provoke thought, and the rarer ones still which provoke thought and merit a public reply.
Ernie K. writes, in part:
Sometimes you sound like a conservative, and then you write something so libertarian it makes my head hurt, and then when I get to thinking of you as a Libertarian, you come out with diatribes against cultural breakdown which put you right on the whole Family Values train. Gonzo, you can’t have it both ways.
Well, Ernie, yes I can.
You make a common mistake of assuming that all libertarians are of one mind, which any afternoon spent at a libertarian meeting will disabuse you of in short order. I’m of that breed of Libertarian known as “Neo-Libertarian.” I can believe you should be free to do something, and still judge you as a stupid asshat for doing it.
If there is one thing that pisses me off about mainstream libertarianism is that they have swallowed the leftist puke that to have values and be “judgemental” is somehow akin to fascism. And that is bloody rot; what is fascism is believing that a governmental micromanaging of the problems is the solution. Government is part of the problem, namely, that governmental interventionism that thinks it is proper to try to remove all consequence from people making stupid choices.
Free societies, or hell, any society for that matter, will tend to develop certain social values that are understood by almost anyone, and to result in stigma and social penalties for transgressions against such custom. Truer words have never been spoken in the observation that an offense against custom is often punished more harshly than an offense against law. And this is right and proper, the “social contract” is what allows people to get along, and social protocols are the means by which any group of people understand what they may or may not take offense at.
It’s just common sense to understand that the erosion, nay, the assault, on values has corrupted the culture. This is my observation, and a truth I hold dear. I agree strongly with conservatives on this point. Faith, honor, morality - these have been turned into virtual pornography by the leftist Kulturkampf. BUT - where we differ is in the fact of the proper role government plays in the resolution of this.
I’m a small-government conservative, and most of these problems we can observe have arisin from the meddling of Da Gubbmint. Big-government conservatives rightly identify the social ills, but then want to compound stupidity with idiocy by suggesting “another law.” Ernie, we don’t need another fuckin’ law. We have too many laws as it is. We need to get rid of some of the lame-brained legislation enacted by these knuckle-dragging troglodytes in Washington that not only have caused the problems they complain about, but make it worse.
Stupidity, as Bob Heinlein pointed out, is self correcting. It’s the universal death sentence, carried out swiftly and mercilessly; or as I like to say, it’s nature’s way of saying, “Hey Dumbass! Outta the Gene Pool!”
You show me any “social ill” and I will bet you dollars to doughnuts that I will be able to point out to you the government nearby, with its arm elbow deep in the cookie jar and crumbs smeared on its face, looking wide-eyed and innocent and saying, “Who, ME?!?!?!”
Yes, you.
Clearer now, Ernie?

So, let me get this straight - we want Aryan Nation type of prisoners - and their black and hispanic equivalents - to all be bunked up together with each other.
Oh, yeah. That makes a lot of damn sense.
Hey - why don’t we next have pedophiles serve any “community service” obligations by chaperoning Kindergarteners? I mean, heck, we wouldn’t want them “stigmatized,” now, would we?

Male pill proposal flawed at conception
It seems ludicrous that millions of dollars, billions of brain cells and litres of pond scum are being sacrificed in the search for the perfect male contraceptive pill.
American scientists announced last week that, thanks to the study of pond scum, which swims in much the same way as sperm, they can turn off the sperms’ tiny tails, thus preventing them from swimming furiously towards the egg in the great fertilisation race.
And let’s just open the whole thing with a salvo comparing sperm, and by extension Men, to pond scum. Well, it’s a good way to let us be warned with this opening salvo and shot across the bow that what we have here is an real androphobe, whose hatred of men is rooted in her fear of them. We are provided with what in lierary circles is referred to as “foreshadowing” warning us of things to come.
Why bother? Everyone knows contraception is a women’s issue. It’s girls who “get themselves pregnant”, and girls who “trap” men by conceiving children. It’s women who are regularly castigated for having abortions and women who are blamed for the nation’s declining birth rate. Even when they’re winning, they’re losing. It’s women who are at fault for having more children than they can afford, and women who are bludging off the welfare state by living on the DPB. The fathers are never mentioned.
Insert here the obligatory pissing, whining, and moaning about how women are always the perpetual victims of everything, and the whipping girls of society.
Although women attempted to control their fertility for thousands of years, their lives were revolutionised in the 1960s with the production of the pill.
And, oh Holy Shit! My Goddess! What if men gain that same freedom! Aaaaaauuuurrrggghh! The party will be over!
The sexual revolution, the women’s liberation movement, women entering the workforce - all of this came about through reliable contraception.
And unlimited sex without consequence, license to commit adultery, ability to lie to your husband either about being on the pill or not…. Here’s the big fear: Women like Kerre know in their hearts how honest they are about sexual and reproductive matters, so they project this dishonesty on everyone else. Kind of a verbal version of “Who smelt it dealt it.”
I bet there are plenty of good old boys who wish it had never been invented. Women were so much easier to manage when they were continually pregnant and breastfeeding.
And men are so much easier to manage nowadays that we have reliable and unobtrusive BC, and they don’t. And if these bastards give it to men, that’s decades of control down the drain. Damn chauvinists. What do they think they are - Equal or something?
Nonetheless, the pill is here today, making the creation of a male pill irrelevant. It seems more of an intellectual exercise for researchers.
Mmmm … lessee, I’ve done bitterness and condemnation, what’s next - right. Dismissal.
All very clever but what’s the point? Given that women are the ones who bear the consequences of any contraception slip-up, they’re still the ones who will be the most vigilant. And let’s face it, what man wants to immobilise his very masculinity?
Here’s what I warned you all back when: notice the suggestion planted here that this will reduce men’s libido and make them impotent. F.U.D. Fear, uncertainty, and doubt. “Gee, I guess if you guys want tio take this and be less of a man…” Not even clever.
Pay attention, guys. The therapy does NOT - repeat, does NOT impair performance, and as I recall, at least one of them actually improves the frequency of being able to engage in sex in one night.
Men will never know the torment women experience over issues of fertility - the desperate and ongoing battle to dodge persistent and cunning sperm in one’s young adulthood; the equally desperate desire to procreate that hits most women at least once or twice in their lives; and dealing with the consequences of pregnancy, be it unplanned or very much wanted, or indeed both.
And now the play on pity. “Sniff, sniff. It’s hard enough on us women, without you mean old males acttually wanting a say and reproductive rights of your own. How could you? How could you ever suggest we actually consult with you and treat you as an equal? How could you ever assume that just because we said children should be a mutual decision that we meant it? It’s always been understood that we break all ties (Which means you really don’t get a vote, it’s all mental masturbation) and now you want to screw our whole racket up! PIGS!!!”
We should stick to what we do best. Men are great at sperm production and distribution; women have become adroit at sperm evasion.
Yeah, sure, ya betcha. I know a couple of cum-dumpsters that’ll put the lie to that.
Researchers are wasting their time with the male pill. If they wanted to improve the lives of men and women, perhaps they could work on a magic pill that obviated the effects of PMS.
Now that really would be a boon for mankind.
I’ve got one. It weighs two ounces and it’s made of lead, you obnoxious harpy.
Someone let me know when she dies. I don’t care to stand in the line to piss on her grave until I’m sure it’ll be moving.
If ya’ll will scroll through my archjives on my most recent post on the Male Pill, you will see in there my prediction for many of the exact same things this bitter old sow says. Now, Maestro, if you will cue up a rousing chorus of “What I say?” I will go into my Snoopy Dance…

FOXNews.com - U.S. & World - Female Soldiers Face High Risk in Iraq
Well, no shit, Sherlock.
See, it’s called the “Military.” That means that even if not “in the front lines” one is a legitimate target, for rebels, resistances, insurgents, enemy forces, and terrorists. This is what the military does; it breaks things and kills people. Which results in being fired back at.
Feminists, though, want to be equal in everything but the risk. They want to go to West Point and Annapolis, and all the military acadamies, get promoted, get nice offices, good salries, good retirements and such. But - shoulder the load and earn it? Oh, merciful heavens forbid! Suddenly then they turn into Victorians and can’t put the petticoats on fast enough.
This is called being a soldier. This is called “equality.”

Here’s the “Glory of War” which we men have been selfishly hogging all these many years.
Somehow I missed when Martha Burke was protesting at this “men’s club.” Oh, yeah. That would require she not be a feminist hypocrite. But I repeat myself.

A study has been made decrying the money it costs to apprehend, prosecute, and incarcerate violent criminals.
In a story highly critical of the Justice system, it is suggested that ferreting out those who break the laws of the land can cost billions of dollars, not inclusive of prosecuting them and holding them in jail; further, it is suggested by the article that the best course of action would be to just repeal the laws, and let them do as they please.
Oh, wait. It’s not about Criminals - it’s about “Don’t ask, don’t tell.”
Silly me.

I’ve kept my nose out of this, but I have a question that begs to be asked:
It’s the credo of the left that there is absolutely, positively, nothing in the world wrong with being gay.
It’s also left wing dogma, per Lewinskygate, that what goes on in one’s private life - even if it is sexually harassing White House Interns from a position of power, up to and including that of the Presidency - is absolutely, positively, nobody’s business.
So - Why is it that Jeff Gannon’s sexual peccadillos are fair game (private life) and “Gay” hurled as in insult by the looney lefties?
Things to make ya go, “Hmmmmmmmmmm.”
Someone spray some Lysol. The stench of hypocrisy is overwhelming. Thanks, though, Libbies, for confirming that there is something “wrong” with being gay.

So, what Jennifer Harris does is take a calling card that is in her husband’s name, park outside his house, and use her own cell phone to send herself threatening text messages that winds up with him arrested - until it is figured out that the messages didn’t come from his phone, but hers.
Note the disparity - He is summarily locked up. Now that her butt is in a sling, though, there’s a four week break to “study” the “appropriate” sentence.
Oh well. One standard for men; another, lower standard for women. Same old, same old.
But it’s equal, dontcha know.

Yahoo! News - Pope’s Doctors Consulting Over Tracheotomy
Many may be too young to recall how a vibrant Karol Cardinal Wojtyla took the center stage of the world after being elected the first non-Italian Pope in over 400 years, and took the name of John Paul II, to honor his predecessor, who only lived a month after being consecrated Pope
I remember well the 1980’s, as he and Ronal Reagan almost singlehandedly dismantled the Soviet Bloc and the Iron Curtain, as country after country gave up their socialism and joined the free world.
Between him and Mother Teresa, I count myself fortunate to have been alive with two living Saints.
John Paul is a scholar, a poet, a musician, speaks several languages, and is a Renaissance Man in every sense of the word. To watch this once vibrant man slip away slowly like this is heartbreaking to me; there’s a sense of the unfairness of it all. Especially when that mind of his is still as sharp as ever though his body be frail and slowly betraying him. It makes me think, though, that where there is life there is purpose.
Enough, though, is enough. While I won’t be praying for his death, neither will I be praying for his recovery. He’s earned his rest and reward, and if the Good Lord sees fit to finally grant it to him, so be it.

What Ever Happened to Civil Discourse?
Ah, the latest from the token lefty.
I’ll tell you what happened to civil discourse, Paul.
It started dying in the seventies when our Boy Scout troop was asked not to pray at our meetings in the public school in New Jersey.
As I progressed through high school, I noticed political correctness beginning to take hold. Many subjects were off limits for discussion. Nixon was evil, period. The Dogma began to be entrenched.
Moving into my college years I noticed that nothing was off limits if it offended Whites, Republican, Christian Men. Anyone else could claim the right not to be offended. I was obliged to take whatever claumny was sent my direction, and expected to small as it was no less than what I deserved for being a member of “The Source of All Evil.”
DWEM? Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho, Western Culture’s Got to GO! Remember those gems?
“A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle!” How about that?
Mean spirited. Racist, Sexist, bigot, homophobe, redneck, hick, cracker - these aren’t words hurled by the right to the left, Paul. Quite the opposite.
It escalated over the next decade or so until no opinion from “my kind” could be voiced without some screeching liberal interrupting and demanding a retraction and apology.
Sometime in the late 80’s - early 90’s, though, we decided “We aren’t putting up with this crap anymore.” First we had Rush, saying the things we had wanted to say for years. BBS’s. Fidonet. Compuserv. A-O-Hell. The internet.
The conservative underground finally sttod up, raised their middle finger, and added “And the horse you rode in on.”
Want to know where it went, Paul? Political correctness, so-called “hate speech,” campus and media censorship and squuelching of anything that didn’t toe the party line. That’s what pushed civility away.
I can’t go to liberal sites or relatively open message boards without finding some snot-nosed punk liberal brat on their high horse, being condescending as hell, and lecturing everyone on “right-think.” And no matter what the discourse, it comes down to “Conservatives are mean spirited bigots, and Karl Rove is a fag!”
You want civil discourse, Paul? You all are the ones who broke that custom first, it’s up to you to put it back. It’s up to you to put a leash on your schnauzers, to consider that speech codes went to far, and many other abuses of the custom of civil discourse.
No, we are not interested in letting you keep the ground you gained, and now playing nice.
That you’ve found in the realm of being just plain mean we are a hell of a lot better at it than you all is not a concern of us. And we’re being listened to. And you are becoming a fringe movement more and more each day. Don’t believe it? Riddle me this, Batman: You all couldn’t even beat an unpopular president running an unpopular war last year.
I suggest you all find a new word to use: “Uncle.” Liberals set the tone and laid out the rules for modern “discourse.” You’ve little to complain about if you are getting whooped by it.
Even so, you want more civility? I’m okay with that. It’s the right thing to do.
But - You First.

The girls at “feministing.com” don’t feel “safe.”
What the hell. Let’s apply the patented Gonzo “Fem-speak” Translator:
We started Feministing to provide a forum to critically analyze and discuss issues that young women and feminists care about.
We started feministing to give embittered young women a place to bitch so we could encourage them to be even more embittered.
Yet, as our web traffic has grown, we’ve had less critical discussion on the site.
Yet, as our traffic has grown, we’ve found more critical discussion on our site, challenging our pre-concieved worldview.
Whether it’s the never-ending stream of comment spam *or* the assholes that think that it’s okay to appropriate feminist space for their own agendas
And these people are starting to make too much sense to refute.
…we are tired of losing great feminist voices.
And some of the old posters have given up because they’ve lost these arguments.
Because young feminists have so few spaces to *openly* analyze the world, we are re-committing ourselves to trying to provide a safe space for our readers.
Other than the media, academia, the courtroom, and just about everywhere else. But we’re in a perfect snit because the internet is the great equalizer and doesn’t allow us to shout down people and make sure they never finish what they have to say.
(While we know that we will never be able to provide a truly safe space, that doesn’t mean we won’t try).
While we can’t censor the whole of the internet we can censor our pissant little corner of it.
Starting tomorrow, you will have register to comment.
So, starting tomorrow, you will have to give us the power to silence you if we don’t like what you have to say
It’s a one time registration process that will require you to provide a *real* email address.
Which we’ll have to do until we ffigure out the means of banning you by IP. That’ll take a bit.
This new policy will have little impact on most of our readers.
This new policy is going to be a big pain in the ass for everyone.
But it will have a significant impact on the two or three readers
Which is a small amount, but large enough to honk us off.
that write harassing & hateful comments
Who write things that disagree with us
under a barrage of names.
Well it has to be! I mean, ohmygod, like, not all those people could, like, totally disagree with us!
Our policy is not about censorship
Or policy is all about censorship.
it’s about fostering a space for the voices of young feminists and progressives.
Conservatives and non-feminists fuck off, we don’t care what you think!
We are sorry if you disagree with this policy.
Ok, not really. If you do you’re obviously a big meany whose opinion doesn’t matter.
And we’re sorry that you have to take the time to register.
Well, okay, we’re not sorry about this either.
But we think that this is an important step for Feministing to take.
But we have to find a way to shut these people up! Jeez, in the college we’d just file a complaint for a thought crime, but the internet doesn’t have a “Dean of Womyn’s Thought Police.”
We hope all of our regular readers know how much your thoughts / criticisms / voices mean to us, so *please* let us know what you think.
So we can identify the malcontents and troublemakers and ban you too!

Getting her some of that young stuff!
Now, just imagine, if you will, the shrieks of outrage that we would be hearing were this a male teacher engaging in the horizontal tango with his 16 year old female student.
What kills me is that it seems the more we look, the more we find. Kind of makes you ask yourself if the whole reason that people have been convinced “Women NEVER do this” is because the blinkers were on.
I repeat - adults having sex with juveniles is sick. Period. It’s sick if a woman or man does it, and if a boy or a girl is the victim. But I’m sure Femin-sexists will find a reason to excuse her behavior like they always do.

Yahoo! News - Montana House Dumps Bill to Protect Gays
Notice the difference, sil vous plait, in the spin placed on the headlines between mine and Yahoo’s. This is what we mean, Libs, when we talk about the “Liberal Media.” When you have this crap so far over the top by the Associated Press, it’s no wonder that ya’ll consider any headline devoid of spin to be right-leaning (Those Dastardly Cons! How dare they NOT bash Bush!)
Oh - Bravo to Montana for not expanding an already stupid law. It’s already illegal to cause death or harm to a person, and as for me, I wouldn’t be moved to do such a thing to anyone unless I hated them. I’ll go from the golf clap on the issue when they finally stop kow-towing to political correctness and tell these specially protected goobers that they are already protected, that hurting or killing a person is illegal, period.
