One of the pillars of doctrine and orthodoxy in the modern feminist movement is that gender roles are constructs, they are oppressive, and that there is no intrinsic or innate difference between men and women.  Such a thing is referred to as “Gender Feminism” as coined by Christiana Hoff-Summers 1994 “Who Stole Feminism.”

 

That is the theory, and let me state it quite clearly: So-called members of the Men’s Movement who subscribe to the same theory are likewise gender feminists.  And are as surely the enemy of men - not to mention anyone who describes themselves as “Pro-Family” - as any radical feminist.

 

That feminism is hostile to the institution of marriage is indisputable to any literate person, feminist theory has long embraced such ideas as put forth by radical feminist leader Sheila Cronan: “Since marriage constitutes slavery for women, it is clear that the women’s movement must concentrate on attacking this institution. Freedom for women cannot be won without the abolition of marriage.”   Repititions of this meme are legion in feminist works, works which are mainstream and regarded as iconic.

 

For the most part, these hags have won.  You won’t find me describing the civil institution of marriage in anything but disreputable terms.  That anyone defends a social contract which can be broken at whim and with little, if any, legal consequence not matter how egregious the contractual violation is frankly astonishing to me.  While individual marriages may indeed be laudable, such a thing is a testament to the people within them, and no credit to the institution at all; such people would be as well off without the paper because of their personal commitment to the relationship.  And it is the only thing that gives me hope for any reformation.

 

That men and women are both innately and intrinsically different is a matter that is only disputed by rabid ideologues.  Study after study is done describing the different ways the male and female body and brain react to external stimuli, and to suggest this has no predictable impact on psychology is ridiculous, especially when such predictable impact is observable.  Gender as a construct?  A harebrained and crackpot theory, crackpot because it requires the belief in more than one miracle.  Why do isolated societies tend to fall into “traditional” gender roles in all but extremely rare instances?  Why is it that marketers can change the “gender” of a product, and market it to women all over the world by changing the advertising to appeal to women’s responses?

 

The questions continue, and the questions are never answered by the femherroids who posit this “gender as a construct” nonsense, precisely because they can’t address the questions without showing up their pet theory for the farcical snow-job it is.  Hell, folks - you have more in common genetically with a chimp of the same sex than you do with a human of the opposite sex.  Of course, to femikooks who live in a binary world, this means one must be “better” and so we can’t have that, can we?  “Difference bad! BAD!” Somehow these Daleks don’t have this problem every time a study comes out which shows an advantage to the female in a specific area; let something come out advantage, male, though, and watch the steam come out of their ears, their heads spin, and pea soup get puked all over the place.

 

My involvement with the men’s movement has come from being, and then working with, fathers that were disenfranchised and labeled as unnecessary.  This arises from the radical, gender feminist desire to do away with marriage and the family as a unit.  The new redefinition of family - for them - is “Mother, Child, and whoever else mommy wants to include” which include her hairy-legged dyke live-in.  Dad?  What’s a dad?  We don’ need no steekin’ “dad!”  It’s also what allows them to justify naming any old guy (provided he’s rich, of course) as “Dad” to get a weekly stipend out of him.  And you should feel priivileged.  You were CHOSEN to be a dad.

 

Well, after the credit check came through, anyway.

 

Here’s the kicker - if you have no intrinsic value as a male, you are replaceable.  By anyone or anything.  Especially rabid feminists will pronounce that after the second of orgasm and impregnation, you become completely optional, at least until they need to make another payment on a bill, but as far as raising the child goes, you bring nothing to the table - you’re even a liability.  It is just and right, then, to marginalize you.  Your sole function is that of an ATM, write a check, shut up, and stay away.

 

Faux Masculists - Manginas Wearing Strap-ons, as I prefer - think this is just dandy, though they’d prefer to not write the check..  This brand of Gender Feminist thinks as well that they have no uniqueness as a male.  No intrinsic or innate value as a male.  That they are (insert whiny tone) “Opwessed by Gender Woles.”  What they are is petulant children, mere boys who haven’t grown up.  Hell, they might even be Trish Wilson or someone sock puppeting as an MRA, living down to their expectations as playboys.  One thing is for sure, they have no place in the company of men.  Even Male Feminists like Hugo Schwyzer are man enough to be honest about what they are.

 

As I stated previously, I’m the last person you will find defending the modern day pitiful excuse of what passes for marriage; and it is not because marriage as an ideal is messed up, it is because marriage as practiced, and as valued (Or, rather, not valued) by modern society is both a complete waste of time and mental masturbation.  Traditional Marriage?  Pity it isn’t practiced anymore by society at large; it has largely been undermined by feminists.  It is still, much to the chagrin of feminists and libtards, the best place to raise a child.  By far and away.  Yes, all you with “Alternative” families, gnash your teeth - the child down the road being raised by his mother and father starts out with a leg up on you and yours, however you wish to spin it.

 

There is a world of difference, mind you, between men who fall outside these roles for one reason or another, and male gender feminists who wish to abolish them.  Don’t want to get married?  Don’t.  Won’t hear me, least of all, condemning that choice.  Want to have a non-traditional marriage?  Do.  Have threesomes - foursomes.  Open marriage.  Househusband and female breadwinner.  The sky is the limit.  Make it clear what you want in advance though, then stick with it.  (Though if your intent is a term marriage, I suggest you forget about the license, and go have Morgaine Elfbunny Starflower Skyfairy do your “handfasting” in the forest somewhere.)

 

The key is to stick by your commitment.  No person of integrity makes a commitment that they have no intention of keeping, and it is unmanly to renege on an agreement.  Yes, unmanly.  As in “Revoke your testicles.”  If you make the agreement to have children, divide labor, assign roles, and then decide you don’t have to keep it, you’re a dick.  And you broke the deal.  And it’s your fault, because the same damn standards apply to you that we have been complaining about women getting away with.  And you know what you said about how a cheating wife deserves this and that and the other?  Sauce for the goose goes both ways.  Feminists are the hypocrites, who hold double standards, and talk about how “It’s different…”  If you do that, you’re the moral equivalent of a feminist, too.

 

No, if she breaks the compact first, it is well and truly broke.  She cheats, you have a cause to dump her skanky butt.  And so on.  And so forth.  But the beef the men’s movement has had is the constant excuse-making, blame shifting(to men!), rationalizations, and legal shielding for women’s misbehavior that feminists have campaigned for.  Becoming as bad, and as irresponsible as they are is NOT the answer, except maybe as a short-term legal and negotiating tactic in certain cases.  Marriage is about sacrifice of self for the family unit.  (It applies both ways, too)  Don’t like it - don’t do it.  But don’t do it and then weasel out of your obligations with excuse making, feminist inspired, rationalizations about “fulfillment” and other such newspeak nonsense.  It’s vapid, and selfish, and shows a total lack of both class and character.

 

Roles and such are not the problem.  Nobody forces you to marry.  Marriage should be about commitment, fidelity, and the family.  If you do not want to accept the responsibility of that, do not.  If you wish to live a life that does not include parent and spouse, do so. But once you take that on, have the balls to take the bad with the good.  Be man enough to accept the consequences.  Grow up and live up to your commitments.  Have the maturity and courage of your convictions to keep your word.  Do not be the one to break it.  This is the core of being a man.  Without this, manhood does not flow.

 

This is what so many men have complained about with modern women, empowered by feminism to be as bad as they want to be.  And their idea of freedom - of liberty - of rectifying inequity is to be just as bad?  To correct the problems caused by the denigration of the family with more of the same?  To finish off the job of chipping away at the cornerstone of the family unit, namely, Dad?

 

How is that again?

 

Faux-MRAs would like you to believe that the notion of personal sacrifice, of keeping one’s commitments is quaint and outmoded, a relic of bygone days.  Nonsense.  It is not archaic at all to sacrifice for a thing you believe in, to put personal wants second place to the needs of a higher purpose.  Men have been doing this for a long, long time, it is what has built civilization.  Men are due honor for it.  What is reprehensible is that when you have a man fulfilling his commitments, of supporting his family, a cheating slut of a wife takes up with her Thang Du Jour, and then he gets the shaft for “not spending time with the kids” when the custody hearing comes around - and of course, had he not been doing his job as a Father, he’d have gotten shafted for that too, but in either case, her misbehavior is “irrelevant.”  This is the true evil, and it is this, and a system that enables such villainy, which should be manfully opposed.

 

The Men’s Movement has long been about reclaiming manhood, restoring it to it’s rightful place, and elevating humanity; not in surrendering and conspiring with the GenFems who have done incalculable damage to the human race.  Men - Real Men - deserve better than to act like feminists do; they can do much better than the least common denominator.  A real Men’s Right’s Activist works to correct the injustices and marginalization of men, not to acquiesce to feminazi policies, and make their wishes come true.   Pseudo-men who profess such drivel are often found quoted by such luminaries of Fembabble as Amanda Marcotte and the like as examples of how bad the MRA’s are.

LOS ANGELES Jul 17, 2006 (AP)— A teenage girl reunited with her father last year after a decade in foster care is suing Los Angeles County for taking so long to bring them together.

County supervisors had said in September that the reunion of Melinda Smith, now 17, and father Thomas Marion Smith was the result of a “groundbreaking effort,” and congratulated county agencies for locating the father.

COndemnation of the innocent, Exoneration for the guilty, and praise and honors for the non participants…

But the lawsuit alleges that the Department of Children and Family Services failed to use “due diligence” to locate Thomas Smith. It claims the agency never notified Smith, who had continued making child support payments, that his daughter was in foster care and never gave him a chance to claim her.

“He’s a registered voter with a valid driver’s license and an open child support case,” said Smith’s attorney, L. Wallace Pate. “All they had to do, at any time during those 10 years, was pick up the phone and ask the L.A. County Child Support Services Department: `Do you have a contact on this man?’”

That’s too hard, though! Expect a lazy, under-educated and overpaid government worker who holds their job solely because they are too fucking incompetant to get a real one in the private sector to WORK?!?!?!?! You bastard. The Union will be by to talk to you.

And besides - they get good money for keeping her in fosterage, if she went with her real dad, they wouldn’t get any.

Beginning in 1989, Thomas Smith made child support payments to Melinda’s mother for his 1-year-old daughter, but when Melinda was 4 her mother moved and left no forwarding address.

Why does this not suprise me?

Two years later, Melinda was turned over to foster care officials after the county received complaints of abuse.

Smith’s whereabouts were listed as unknown in court documents on the case, although records show that Melinda’s caseworker knew Smith was paying child support and his address was on file with the agency that collected the payments.

The word we’re looking for is “perjury” under the “whole truth” part of it. Yes, you are required to volunteer information, fascist.

Father and daughter were reunited in July 2005 after Melinda got help from a social worker assigned to find permanent placement for teens in foster care.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages from the county, the social workers who handled the case and a private agency that provides attorneys for children in foster care.

I have just had to do some purges in my life this past couple weeks.

Where I live has an unconscionable infringement on private property rights - namely, they have chosen to institute a smoking ban in all workplaces. I refuse to go along. A couple asshats complained. I paid a $150 fine - and three people are now out of a job. For cause. Which means they will not get unemployment. And since I deal with confidential information, movement past the front office is hereby prohibited to anyone - including government goons, without a warrant. For security reasons. And for the protection of said confidential information. People need to learn that if you make a pain in the ass of yourself, you will be asked to leave, and that it is easy to fire with cause. And we still smoke in our offices. Well, that accomplished a lot, didn’t it, assholes?

I have had a friend who has refused to help himself; after well over a year of trying to help him, I have surrendered, and this person is no longer my friend.

I have another friend who has decided to leave her husband. The reason? When they had kids, she decided to stay home. He took a part time job to keep up the difference in income. She kept expanding their standard of living “We need a new car even though we have a perfectly servicable old car.” “We need an addition so I can have “Me space.”" He went along with it. He got a better job, and quit his second one, but has to work a lot of overtime. She now feels they are strangers. I cannot condone this. I testified for him at the custody hearing, and he won. She is no longer my friend anymore either.

My favorite coffeehouse has hired illegal aliens. I no longer patronize them, nor do I allow their products in my workplace or on my sites. The manager asked me why I stopped my weekly order from them. So I told him. So, I’m a racist. Oh well.

I have another friend who assumed I would lie for him to his wife about his trysts with his mistress, and alibi him. He informed me what he told her. I told him he was a stupid ass for doing so without asking me, after I had an hour earlier told her I had no idea what “Joe” was saying, but he hadn’t been at a site with me for months, let alone all last week. Do not ask me to lie for you - do not ask me to condone adultery. I have no patience for women to do it, and do not hold men to a lower standard. I’ll leave it to feminists to rationalize wrong behavior for the sisterhood; brotherhood as far as I am concerned is supporting each other in holding the moral high ground, not weaselling excuses.

My girl Friday asked me the forbidden question, “Do these jeans make my ass look fat?” So I told her, “No, the chocolate donuts you chow on for breakfast, lunch, and snacks are what is doing that.” She’s in a snit, but she’s eating celery, and has been bringing workout clothes. She’ll get over it.

My dog decided that it was going to play dominace games with my son. So I shot it. I am the alpha male around here, and I am a jealous God. I do not have time for that bullshit, I can get another hunting dog, and he wasn’t that good of one anyway, and besides, I’m not an “Animal companion” person, they are tools; this is reflected in that his name was “Six.” The next one will be called “Seven.”

I have allowed the neighbor lady’s kids to use my basketball goal for a few years, with the understanding that they stop at 8 pm. They have pushed this limit, and pushed it, until I finally told them that they couldn’t use it at all. After much ill -will, I relented, but made it clear the rule stood. I told them that the next time it was broken, it would be gone forever. It was, and it is.

I have repeatedly asked one of my vendors to stop sending a particular loud-mouth liberal asshat to my office. They now no longer have to worry, or call in advance with an excuse. I think I can soak another $18 a month from the new one for my water.

I have the misfortune to do business near a particular liberal church which prides itelf on being gay-friendly. I have asked them repeatedly not to use my parking lot for their overflow. I used to allow them this privilege, until the day came where one of their ministers called me a bigot for refusing to donate to one of their leftist causes. Since no abject apology has been forthcoming, the privilege was rescinded. Weeks of gentle reminders and empty assurances profited me nothing. I had twelve cars towed the past Thursday. I plan to spend my Sunday morning seeing if I can have some more towed. Moral of the story: Do not start with me. You will lose.

For some reason this month, either I have completely run out of patience with idiots, or people have decided that they can abuse my good nature with no connsequences. Either way, I feel much better.
