Yeah, I was in Indianapolis last night, for the season opener, to watch the “WORLD CHAMPIONS” banner get unrolled and to watch Peyton and the Lads slap the snot out of the Saints.

You know, when you consider Peyton Manning threw for just a hair under three hundred yards, had three touchdowns, no interceptions, and a pretty high completion percentage, and call it “Just an average night at work” for him, it says something about what a scary summbich he is.

Now, yes, it is just one game.  But you have a defense which has never been considered a top defense who shut down the NFC’s most potent offense - I mean, held it to three points (Their one touchdown came on a fumble recovery by their defense) - and has been moaned at “losing too many starters.”  And Peyton, Harrison, Wayne, Addai, et al did as they pleased with the Saints the whole second half.  I mean, scoring at will….

I’m not going to predict a repeat - YET.  But I do predict some very, very long days in this coming season for those who find themselves playing against the Colts.  Some very long days, indeed.

So I stop by the local Stop’n'Rob on my way to work to get papers and coffee, and when I come out, I see this cop writing a ticket.  So I go up to him and say, “Come on, buddy, give a guy a break!”

He ignores me, and keeps writing, so I say, “Jeez, what an asshole!”  He glares at me, walks around the front of the car where there is a broken signal light - and starts writing another ticket.

So I say, “What’s your problem, you rat bastard fucktard?”  He doesn’t say a word, stuffs the ticket beside the first one, and goes around the back where the care is *BARELY* in the yellow fire hydrant zone - and starts to write another ticket!

So I say, “What?  Your penis too short, you pencil dicked fascist assbag?”

And this goes on.  For a good ten minutes.  The more I abuse him, the more tickets he writes.  Even measured from the curb to the tires and wrote one for parking too far away.  By the time he was done there was a wad of tickets under the windshield wiper.  Finally, even he ran out of nits to pick, so he gets on his motorcycle, and gives me this smug, gloating smile as he waves and drives away.

Well I stood there for a minute, then I went and finished reading the feminist bumper stickers plastered on the back of the car, smiled my own little smug smile, and walked around the corner to get into my truck and go to work.

Fact of the matter is, while far from perfect in many cases, just such a family structure is by far and away, hands down, no question, the best thing for children.  All other things being equal, the “nuclear family” whips all comers with one hand tied behind its back.   Yes, youi get a dysfunctional family, it sucks.  It sucks no matter what the structure of it is.  Nuclear, extended, single, homosexual, heterosexual - so that doesn’t mean shit.

And the commonly used definition of “Nuclear Family” by these assnozzles is deceptive - they define “Nuclear Family” as “Isolated Nuclear Family,” one which is distant and or has little or no contact with the rest of the extended family.  So what they begin with is a half-truth.

Which, to any person of integrity at all, is also known as a LIE.

When both the mother and father (Best case, natural mother and father) are involved and engaged in the upbringing of their children, everyone benefits.  My own kids lost out because their mothers would not become engaged - since they lost the custody dispute, they got petulant.

I am sick to death of these asstards comparing abusive hetero relationships to model gay ones, and all of the other intellectual dishonesty that goes along with their social engineering and media manipulation.   They also have a consistant habit of letting the best - nay, an unobtainable ideal - be the enemy of the good.

By all fucking means, it is far better for a kid to grow up in a secure family, where they are wanted and can’t just be disposed of, than in ANY abusive setting, or an institution, or the uncertainty of the foster care system.   This does not mean that we should not play the odds as to which kind of home is better, and devote our resources accordingly.  If these means the heterosexual, two parent family gets the bulk of our resources, and is where our preferences goes, so be it.

By all means - if you can prove your arrangement better for the child than this is why we have courts.  But it is a civil case, you have a presumption to overcome, and the burden of proof is on you.  Have at it.

And this is right, just, and fair.

So, here I am at a Labor Day picnic.  I have two grills among many up, and I am happily grilling away at some roasted corn on one grill, and some buffalo/venison burgers on the other. (I mix the meat together - plus Gonzo’s secret seasoning.)

Well, there is always at least one.  In this case there were four of the little punks there.  A bunch of Teenage PETA freaks who were making a scene about all the meat.  And who made the mistake of trying to get in a battle of wits with me.

This is how you deal with such people.  Matter of fact, with a total rejection of their premises that this is a moral issue.  I am an animal.  I am a predator.  Therefore it is fine and dandy for me to eat prey.  End of discussion.  When they start with their “Don’t you think…” the answer is “No.”  When they come up with their trite little analogies, you dismiss it as apples and oranges, and strawmen, and tell them to grow up.

I know people who are in various stages in the vegetarian spectrum.  Some don’t like meat.  Some are grossed out by it.  Some can’t eat it.  And I don’t care what they do or do not eat.  I can cook a vegetarian cuisine.  I have done so for many people.  I even eat it on occasion; hell, it gets hot and the last thing I want is a heavy meal.  A v egetarian meal is light fare.

I will be dipped in shit, though, if I will let anyone dictate what I will or will not eat.  And you can take that to the bank.  I don’t want to hear it.  I like a nice, thick, juicy steak on the rare side of medium rare.  If that scandalizes you, it’s too fucking bad.  Until you take up arms - and become that whioch you profess to hate  - I will do as a please and there is not fuck all you can do about it.

Like I reminded Hippychick, who also turned out to be a gun-grabbing whacko - “Honey, people like you need to remember that when all is said and done, those of you who beat your swords into plowshares will be the ones plowing for those of us who don’t.”

We have a no-smoking ordinance in the town where I have my business - which is on land I own, in a building I bought and own, that I pay taxes on, that I pay the bills for … you get the idea.

So - I said “Fuck them.”  I put a secuity scanner on a door, and in order to go into the back you have to scan.  And a sign on the door prohibiting entry due to confidential customer data being accessible. And that is where the employee smoking lounge is, that not a fucking person *HAS* to go into for a damn thing. Twice the Nazis have tried to go back - twice they have been “Fuck Offed.”

At the beginning of summer, it seems, we had a complaint about my smoking room.  I managed to catch wind of it and cleaned the evidence up in time when they made an announced visit, but I spent a month trying to find out who.  Well, I found out.  And over the past few weeks I have documented tardiness, assigned tasks I knew would be failed at, etc. etc. etc.

Well, today I fired the bastard when he called in off a mandatory weekend project.  This is “With Cause” because I have dotted my I’s and crossed my T’s.  Which means this asstard won’t be getting unemployment, nor will he be getting a good reference.

Lesson for the day, boys and girls - in my home, my business, and my life I answer only to God Himself.  Fuck you if you don’t like it.  Some fucktard has learned a very harsh lesson as to how seriously I take it, and there was no warning, no second chance, and no mercy.

I am not a demanding master.  I make few demands.  Do your job, don’t cost me money, and don’t lie to me.  I forgave someone who wrecked a van a couple years ago because they admitted they took their attention off the road to change a CD.  I do not forgive calling the jackboots on  me.  It’s my business, the government has no right to make such laws, and I. Will. Not. Fucking. Obey. Them.

Conduct your life accordingly.  Own yourself.  If you don’t like a smoking policy  - quit.   If you don’t like a bar or restaurant who allows smoking - don’t go there.  And if someone tries to tell you how to run your life, tell them to eat shit and die.  Employers. Employees. Family. Government. Women.  The whole fucking lot of them.

I am dropping off Brent’s last check and his belongings in the Fed-Ex box in just a few minutes.  He shouild have it Tuesday.  And as far as Labor Day goes - well, you’re not part of the labor force anymore, are ya?  Cancel that picnic.

And it has taught the rest of my employees a valuable lesson - do your job, and I will buy you lunch.  Fuck with me and I will land on you like a ton of fucking bricks.  A little fear is always good to remind the rabble that inside the velvet glove is a hand of cold iron.
